Thank you Hendrik and Waran for a wonderful stay. Cool secluded place. Clean new bungalows, nice pool in the yard. If you are tired of city noise, this is the place for you.

Very nice relaxing time. The area, the space and all the facilities available. Good air con and a fan also. Hendrik was always very helpful during the stay. Highly recommend a break here 👍

Fantastic place! Fantastic bungalow. Everything is of the best quality and the hosts are great! They are so helpful and will arrange anything for you. Further, they serve great food and you can enjoy lots of butterflies while eating at your own small terrace. We would love to come back!

Die beiden Gastgeber sind sehr sehr nett, sie helfen jederzeit. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bei unserem nächsten Urlaub sehr gerne wieder :) Es war alles perfekt

Very nice owners, European standards, they do everything to make the guest feel good. The accommodation has a kitchen, so we could cook according to our own taste.

Amazing stay! Everything was amazing! The service, the friendly help, the room was clean, big and had everything you could need. The location was great! Definitely the better side of the island with the beautiful beach Lipa noi so close. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay we even extended it. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Koh Samui. 10/10!!

This is a very cool and cozy place! Thanks to the owners - Hendrik and Varan, they did everything to make our stay here comfortable. Everything was great! We had a fantastic time away from the city noise and enjoyed the sounds of nature.

Sehr ruhige Location und ein sauberer Bungalow. Sehr netter Vermieter, der alle Fragen beantwortet und sehr hilfsbereit ist wenn es um irgendwelche Wünsche geht. Spricht sehr gutes Englisch. Der Bungalow war sehr sauber (wird vom Vermieter selbst gereinigt) und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ausstattung zum Kochen/Essen ist auch vorhanden. Roller können direkt vor Ort gemietet werden. An sich rundum zufrieden für den Preis. Weg zum Meer ist auch ok, mit Roller ca. 2 Minuten.

Beautiful, relaxing, chilled, comfy, spacious and tranquil. The rooms are huge, the kitchen is so handy, TV with Netflix etc made relaxing easy, around the corner from 7/11 as well as a few local restaurants. Like all places in Samui you’ll have to rent a bike to get around, but the location is a perfect if you want to relax. Hendrik and Waran were amazingly attentive hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. I’d also mention that this place is a BARGAIN, so get it booked before they realise it’s too cheap 🤣🤣.

Our favourite stay in Thailand- 10/10 🫶🏼☺️. Our favourite property in Thailand so far!! Firstly, Hendrix & his wife were extremely welcoming, greeting us as we stepped off the bus and offering us bottles of water whilst we checked in. The properly itself is absolutely amazing, in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood. The bungalow was exceptionally clean with everything you need for a short or long stay. Hendrix was also full of great knowledge and is happy to recommend places to visit in the local area. We rented a bike on site for a good price and had fun exploring the island on our final day in Koh Samui. Before checking out, Hendrix offered to take us to the pier which we were very grateful for. We recommend this property to anyone looking for a homely stay and to those who want to explore!! Thank you so much for our stay, we will recommend you to friends also visiting Thailand. Super P/L, nette Gastgeber, großer Bungalow, schöne Lage mit Blick ins Grüne. Sehr nette Gastgeber, äußerst zuvorkommend und unkompliziert, durften sogar den Roller nach Ankunft noch umsonst kurz ausleihen.

Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Gastfreundlichkeit, die neue Ausstattung und der ruhige Ort. Vor allem die Sauberkeit spricht für die Unterkunft! Auf Wunsch kocht die Dame leckeres Essen. Weiterzuempfehlen!

🙂 Le bungalow, la tranquillité et la disponibilité de Hendrik et son épouse. Mon mari est tombé à l'arrivée au Pier et Hendrik est allé à la pharmacie pour lui acheter gel et anti inflammatoire.🙁 La météo, nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu de chance, il a beaucoup plu durant notre séjour.

Nous nous revoyons un jour, au moins dans le cœur! Unique. It was unique. It is unique. It will always be unique. I felt incredibly comfortable and was extremely impressed by the humanity and warmth of Hendrik and Waran. They give this place a special touch and have an extraordinarily good eye for the little things. And there is a lot to discover on Lipa Noi beach. The best coconuts to drink and eat are at the Bikini Bar. The atmosphere is awesome! The Retro Café is also pretty cool. And Nanus serves great pizza.

The bungalow was spacious and well appointed with high quality furniture and equipment. Kitchen, bathroom etc. it is all well thought of, you name it and it’s there. It has a feel of a serviced apartment and hotel, but with warmhearted people running it.“If you need something, just ask” is the BSK motto. Contact is relaxed and open.The location is in a soi of a soi (side road), so no issues with traffic noise. Yet, close to the main road with easy access to the whole island. The area has a pleasant local atmosphere and with facilities like laundry machines, coffee shop, 7-11, local restaurants and beach in walking distance. Near Transport Office (driver’s license 😉 and Raja Ferry pier. It’s a home away from home. Very comfortable from the very first moment. It was hard to leave the place and the hosts.Just like other guests, I stayed here longer than intented… just that you know….Not sure if I’d recommend it as I fear it will be fully booked when I want to come again…Hahaha… ;-)))Thank you so much.
